During the Muslim Leaders of Tomorrow (MLT) retreat we conducted a poll among the attendees to hear their views on some key issues. Here is a statistical breakdown of the most shared themes:

As an American Muslim, what are you tired of?
29% Muslims being judgmental about each other / no method of civil dialogue amongst Muslims
5% Vacuum in Islamic leadership and institutions not fit for next generation

As an American Muslim, what are you worried about?
28% Silent Muslim majority remaining passive & not standing up to create a change
20% Hatred / backlash / security concerns in US for future generations of Muslims
10% Extremists defining Islamic agenda & rise in violence by extremists

As an American Muslim, what are you excited about?
